Donald Arsenault





Donald Arsenault is a retired professor and former director of l'École de kinésiologie et de récréologie at l'Université de Moncton. He also taught at l'Université de Limoges en France.

Fluent in French and English, Donald Arsenault is an exceptionally talented facilitator and group leader. He has a diverse experience working with groups on subjects such as motivation, leadership, communication, team work, group dynamics, facilitation, experiential learning, self esteem, creativity, planning, performance management, conflict resolution and problem solving, decision-making, stress management, and anger management.

After completing undergraduate studies at l'Université de Moncton and Ottawa University, he went on to study at the University of Alberta and Florida State University, where his research focused on the interaction between teacher and students, and among students in a classroom setting.

He is certified in Coaching from the Centre for Management and Organization Effectiveness. In 2001, he obtained an accreditation to offer the Insights Program, a personal discovery experience based on the work of Carl Jung. He is also Master Trainer for the National Volunteer Directorate Program.
